INFORMATION By purchasing this package, you will receive 1 SIM Card Credit in-game. A SIM Card Credit is a virtual token which can be used in-game to choose your own personalized phone number for the in-game phone item. How does this work? 1. Check availability before you purchase credit. You can do this with /checkphonenumber <desired_phone_number>. Please note that personalized phone numbers start with the prefix 040 (e.g. 040-###-####). 2. Once you're happy your desired number is available, you can then purchase credit to use by holding an in-game phone item and typing the command /changephonenumber <desired_phone_number>. Please note that the phone number will apply directly to your current active roleplay profile/character. * Please check the desired phone number is available before purchase. Your SIM credit has one-time usage, but you can purchase multiple of this package for multiple credits. If you don't want to purchase credit from our webstore and you just want a new number, you can do this by using in-game currency to purchase a SIM Card from the Family Store, do however note that the SIM Card item in-game will assign a number at random and you will not be able to choose your own. You will be prompted when attempting to change phone number on whether you wish to transfer your existing contacts (this includes updating anyone who has your old phone number to the new one), or wipe them completely for a full reset. Once you've changed your phone number, you will not be able to retrieve the previous one as it will be re-assigned or freed for usage.
